Terms & Conditions – U.S. Customers
Overview
This website is operated by Interior Guild. Throughout the site, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Interior Guild. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions, including those additional terms, policies, and notices referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink.
Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not access the website or use any services.
We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms by posting updates on our website. Your continued use of our website following such changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
Returns Overview
We want you to be very happy with your furnishings. Providing you with a convenient & high-quality experience is the cornerstone of our business. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, contact your design manager and we will help facilitate returns and/or exchanges of an item.
Most items may be returned to the manufacturer within 30 days of purchase as long as they are in new condition. Shipping and restocking charges may apply.
Cancellation / Buyer’s Remorse / Return & Exchange Policy
Cancelling a product:
We will contact the manufacturer and make all necessary arrangements. If the product has already been prepared for shipment or shipped, it may not be cancelable. In case of cancellation after shipment, the customer will pay freight charges to return the product to the manufacturer. Approved canceled orders are subject to store credit only.
Returning a product:
Interior Guild purchases furnishings from manufacturers, each with their own return policies that we must adhere to. For example, custom items are non-returnable. Most manufacturers allow 30 days for returns. Please let us know within 72 hours if you are unsure about an item, and keep all packaging.
Approved returns will incur a 25% restocking fee. Items must be unused and shipped back in original packaging. Redelivery fees will apply. For “à la carte” items shipped via FedEx/UPS, our customer service department will assist with returns. All shipping and repacking costs are paid by the customer.
Returns or exchanges must be initiated in writing by contacting admin@interiorguild.com within 72 hours of receiving your product.
Buyer’s Risk: Furnishings are recommended by our interior stylists, but final decisions regarding size, color, and return eligibility are the client’s responsibility.
Delivery Damage Policy & Protocol
Interior Guild works with reputable white-glove delivery & installation companies not affiliated with Interior Guild LLC. The furniture will be delivered pre-inspected and blanket-wrapped, but damages can occur during transport.
- Inspect items upon delivery before signing.
- Structural damage (dings, cracks, breaks): reject the item so it can be returned immediately.
- Cosmetic issues (minor finish/color variations): keep the item while we contact the manufacturer.
- All damage claims must be reported at the time of delivery.
You may be asked to provide photos, describe the issue, and/or fill out a claim form.
Pricing & Information Accuracy
We strive for accuracy, but errors may occur. Product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, shipping charges, transit times, and availability are subject to correction without notice. We do not guarantee that your monitor’s display of colors will be accurate.
We reserve the right to modify prices, product availability, or discontinue products at any time.
Right to Refuse Service & Orders
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. Orders may be limited or canceled at our discretion (e.g., suspected resellers, errors in billing/shipping details). If your order is changed or canceled, we may attempt to notify you using the contact information provided.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Interior Guild shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages (including lost profits, revenue, savings, or data) arising from the use of our services or products.
All products and services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, except where explicitly stated by us.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Interior Guild, its affiliates, employees, contractors, and suppliers from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from your breach of these Terms or violation of any law or rights of a third party.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remainder shall remain in full force and effect.
Termination
These Terms remain effective unless terminated by you or us. We may suspend or terminate service if you breach these Terms, and you remain liable for all amounts due up to termination.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions and any separate agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Massachusetts, United States.

Right of Withdrawal (Returns & Cancellations)
As required by EU law, consumers have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving goods, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, you must notify us in writing at admin@interiorguild.com within the 14-day period.
Conditions of Return:
- Products must be returned in new, unused condition.
- Products must be returned in their original packaging. For furniture, this includes all protective materials and cartons. If you wish to evaluate the item, you must take care not to assemble or damage it. Assembled or damaged items cannot be returned.
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping and handling fees, as well as ensuring the product is adequately packaged for safe transport.
- If the original packaging has been discarded, we cannot guarantee a return will be accepted.
Exclusions:
- Custom-made or special-order items are non-returnable under EU law.
- Items damaged due to improper handling, assembly, or lack of original packaging cannot be returned.
Refunds:
Once your return is approved and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Cancellation of Orders Before Shipment
If you wish to cancel an order prior to shipment, we will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, if the item has already been prepared for shipment, cancellation may not be possible.
For cancellations after dispatch, you are responsible for return shipping charges and any manufacturer restocking fees.
